12th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention

 Ministry of overseas Indian Affairs is celebrating 12th edition of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) with the theme "Engaging Diaspora:Connecting Across Generations" from January 7-9, 2014 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The convention would provide unique platform to connect over 2000 overseas Indians across 60 countries and opportunities for networking across traditional and new sectors, establish linkages for diaspora across socio-economic and cultural issues including media and entertainment, foster diaspora synergies in Science, Technology and Healthcare. Recognizing diaspora's contribution to Indian growth and development, the convention would deepen engagement with young diaspora and provide new perspectives.
