Visit of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, India

(3-5 September 2018)

     Hon’ble Chief Minister (CM) of Uttarakhand, Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat , will be leading a delegation comprising senior officials of Government of Uttarakhand to Singapore from 3-5 September 2018. This is his first visit to Singapore since assuming charge of Chief Minister of Uttarakhand in March 2017.

2. During his visit to Singapore, Hon’ble Chief Minister will call on Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Education H.E. Mr Ong Ye Kung, and Minister for Communications and Information and Minister In-Charge of Trade Relations H.E. Mr S Iswaran on 3 September.

3. High Commission of India, along with CII, is hosting Invest North Summit with leading companies and financial institutions based in Singapore on 4 September. Invest North will showcase business and investment opportunities in specific projects and sectors. Hon’ble Chief Minister will address the session on “Investment Opportunities in the State of Uttarakhand”.

4. Hon’ble Chief Minister will address The ‘Professional Diaspora Connect’,   an event curated by High Commission of India in Singapore in association with partner organisations for entrepreneurs and professionals among Indian diaspora as a networking opportunity with the delegation on 3 September.

5. During his visit, Hon’ble Chief Minister will also meet representatives of Indian community based in Singapore. Hon’ble Chief Minister will visit the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and Surbana Jurong.

     Mr. Manpreet Singh Badal, Hon’ble Finance Minister and Mr. Vijay Inder Singla, Hon’ble Minister for PWD and IT, will be leading a delegation comprising senior officials of Government of Punjab to Singapore from 3-5 September 2018.

2. During his visit to Singapore, Hon’ble Ministers will call on Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Education H.E. Mr Ong Ye Kung, and Minister for Communications and Information and Minister In-Charge of Trade Relations H.E. Mr S Iswaran on 3 September.

      Mr. Satish Mahana, Hon’ble Minister for Industrial Development of Government of Uttar Pradesh and Dr Anup Chandra Pandey, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh will be visiting Singapore from 3-5 September 2018.

2. During his visit to Singapore, Hon’ble Minister will call on Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Education H.E. Mr Ong Ye Kung, and Minister for Communications and Information and Minister In-Charge of Trade Relations H.E. Mr S Iswaran on 3 September.
