NOTICE

Singapore Government only considers as fully vaccinated those who have received vaccines that are in the WHO EUL list.
For more details, please see Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority(ICA) website (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/overview#vaccination), which also includes a list of the WHO EUL vaccines accepted by Singapore.
It may be noted that certain vaccines administered outside Singapore – including vaccines given to children aged 12-18 – may not be in the WHO EUL list. It is advised that travellers (including children) coming to Singapore from India under the ‘fully vaccinated’ category may kindly assure themselves that they have received a vaccine accepted in Singapore, to avoid the possibility of such passengers being denied entry into Singapore.
Travellers born in or before 2009 (i.e. aged 13 and above by year of birth) are considered “fully vaccinated” or “non-fully vaccinated” based on the WHO’s list of EUL COVID-19 vaccines. Not all vaccines being administered outside Singapore may be under the WHO EUL list. Pls refer to https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/.../genera.../fully-vaccinated
