For fee details for various services, please click on the ‘Passport & Consular’ or the ‘Download Centre’ tab at the top of the HCI website homepage, and select the required option from the drop-down menu.

Processing times for all Passport services are between 5-8 working days. However, for Lost/Damaged Passports, Change of Particulars, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) and Emergency certificates, we are unable to indicate a clear timeline, as these services require police verification in India. To give a broad indication, the average turnaround time for these services is 30-40 days (estimated), subject to clearance from the concerned police authorities in India. Tatkaal passport services (where permitted) take a maximum of three working days.
